A delicious recipe for no bake edible snickerdoodle cookie dough that you can enjoy without any baking.
Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
- Add vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt. Mix well.
- Gradually add the flour and mix until combined.
- If using, fold in chocolate chips.
- Chill the dough in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
- Scoop and enjoy the cookie dough straight from the bowl.
Notes
- This dough is safe to eat since we heat-treat the flour.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
