- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup whipped cream
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a pie pan to form the crust.
- In another bowl, beat the cream cheese and peanut butter until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar and mix until well combined.
- Fold in the whipped cream gently.
- Spread the peanut butter mixture over the crust.
- Chill the pie in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- Use a store-bought crust if you’re short on time.
- Top with chocolate shavings or chopped peanuts for extra flavor.
- Keep leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
