Description

This no bake cream cheese peanut butter pie with chocolate whipped cream is a simple and delicious dessert.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1 pre-made graham cracker crust

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese and peanut butter until smooth.
  2. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract; mix well.
  3. Spread the mixture into the graham cracker crust.
  4. In another bowl, whip heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  5. Add cocoa powder to the whipped cream and continue to whip until stiff peaks form.
  6. Spread the chocolate whipped cream over the peanut butter layer.
  7. Chill the pie in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
