Ingredients

- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the cottage cheese and almond butter until smooth.
- Add honey and vanilla extract. Mix well.
- Stir in rolled oats, cocoa powder, and chocolate chips.
- Mix until combined.
- Form into bite-sized balls.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
- Use nut butter of your choice.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less honey.
