Delicious no bake coconut praline cookies that are easy to make.
Ingredients

- 2 cups shredded coconut
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix shredded coconut and rolled oats.
- In a saucepan, combine peanut butter and honey; heat until melted.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
- Pour the peanut butter mixture over the coconut mixture and stir until combined.
- Drop spoonfuls onto a parchment-lined tray.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
- Substitute almond butter for a different flavor.
