- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix shredded coconut, sweetened condensed milk, crushed graham crackers, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract.
- Form the mixture into small balls.
- Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Serve cold and enjoy.
