Ingredients

- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix shredded coconut, almond flour, honey, coconut oil, and vanilla extract.
- Stir until the mixture is well combined.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Once chilled, scoop out small portions and form balls.
- Press a chocolate chip into the center of each ball.
- Refrigerate for another 15 minutes to set.

- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
- Use dark chocolate chips for a richer flavor.
