Description

No bake coconut cookie balls with chocolate centers are a delicious and easy treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix shredded coconut, almond flour, honey, coconut oil, and vanilla extract.
  2. Stir until the mixture is well combined.
  3. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  4. Once chilled, scoop out small portions and form balls.
  5. Press a chocolate chip into the center of each ball.
  6. Refrigerate for another 15 minutes to set.
