No bake chocolate oat bars are a quick and easy treat made with oats, chocolate, and peanut butter.
Ingredients

- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix the oats, peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract.
- Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler.
- Combine the melted chocolate with the oat mixture.
- Press the mixture into a lined baking dish.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
- Cut into bars and serve.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
- Can substitute almond butter for peanut butter.
- Add nuts or dried fruit for extra texture.
