Description

This no bake chocolate eclair cake is a simple and delicious dessert that requires no baking.


Ingredients

  • 1 box of graham crackers
  • 2 packages of instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 4 cups of milk
  • 1 container of whipped topping
  • 1 cup of chocolate frosting

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the instant pudding with the milk until smooth.
  2. Fold in the whipped topping until well combined.
  3. In a 9×13 inch baking dish, layer graham crackers on the bottom.
  4. Add half of the pudding mixture over the graham crackers.
  5. Repeat layering with more graham crackers and the remaining pudding mixture.
  6. Top with a final layer of graham crackers.
  7. Spread chocolate frosting over the top layer of graham crackers.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.

Notes

  • For best results, let the cake sit overnight.
  • You can use homemade whipped cream instead of whipped topping.
