This no bake chocolate eclair cake is a simple and delicious dessert that requires no baking.

- 1 box of graham crackers
- 2 packages of instant vanilla pudding mix
- 4 cups of milk
- 1 container of whipped topping
- 1 cup of chocolate frosting
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the instant pudding with the milk until smooth.
- Fold in the whipped topping until well combined.
- In a 9×13 inch baking dish, layer graham crackers on the bottom.
- Add half of the pudding mixture over the graham crackers.
- Repeat layering with more graham crackers and the remaining pudding mixture.
- Top with a final layer of graham crackers.
- Spread chocolate frosting over the top layer of graham crackers.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
Notes
- For best results, let the cake sit overnight.
- You can use homemade whipped cream instead of whipped topping.
- Try adding chocolate shavings on top for garnish.
