No Bake Chocolate Eclair Cake: 7 Irresistible Layers

A simple and delicious no bake chocolate eclair cake that is easy to prepare.


Ingredients

  • 1 package of graham crackers
  • 2 boxes of instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 4 cups of milk
  • 1 container of whipped topping
  • 1 cup of chocolate frosting
  • 1/4 cup of milk (for thinning frosting)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix instant pudding with milk. Stir until thickened.
  2. Fold in whipped topping until well combined.
  3. Layer graham crackers in a 9×13 inch dish.
  4. Spread half of the pudding mixture over the graham crackers.
  5. Add another layer of graham crackers on top.
  6. Spread the remaining pudding mixture over the second layer of graham crackers.
  7. Add a final layer of graham crackers.
  8. Mix chocolate frosting with 1/4 cup of milk to thin it out.
  9. Spread the chocolate frosting over the top layer of graham crackers.
  10. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

  • For best results, chill the cake overnight.
  • You can use homemade whipped cream instead of store-bought.
