A simple and delicious no bake chocolate eclair cake that is easy to prepare.
Ingredients

- 1 package of graham crackers
- 2 boxes of instant vanilla pudding mix
- 4 cups of milk
- 1 container of whipped topping
- 1 cup of chocolate frosting
- 1/4 cup of milk (for thinning frosting)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix instant pudding with milk. Stir until thickened.
- Fold in whipped topping until well combined.
- Layer graham crackers in a 9×13 inch dish.
- Spread half of the pudding mixture over the graham crackers.
- Add another layer of graham crackers on top.
- Spread the remaining pudding mixture over the second layer of graham crackers.
- Add a final layer of graham crackers.
- Mix chocolate frosting with 1/4 cup of milk to thin it out.
- Spread the chocolate frosting over the top layer of graham crackers.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- For best results, chill the cake overnight.
- You can use homemade whipped cream instead of store-bought.
- Adjust the thickness of the frosting to your liking.
