Ingredients

- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup cocoa powder
Instructions
- In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream until it begins to simmer.
- Remove from heat and add chocolate chips and vanilla extract.
- Stir until smooth and let it cool.
- Refrigerate for about 1 hour until firm.
- Once firm, scoop out small portions and roll into balls.
- Roll each ball in cocoa powder to coat.
- Place on a baking sheet and refrigerate until serving.

- Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
- You can use different coatings like crushed nuts or coconut.
