Easy no bake chocolate candy truffles made with simple ingredients.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup cocoa powder

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream until it begins to simmer.
  2. Remove from heat and add chocolate chips and vanilla extract.
  3. Stir until smooth and let it cool.
  4. Refrigerate for about 1 hour until firm.
  5. Once firm, scoop out small portions and roll into balls.
  6. Roll each ball in cocoa powder to coat.
  7. Place on a baking sheet and refrigerate until serving.
