Ingredients

- 1 cup dates, pitted
- 1 cup walnuts
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- In a food processor, combine dates and walnuts. Process until finely chopped.
- Add cocoa powder, almond butter, vanilla extract, and salt. Process until a dough forms.
- Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the brownie bites on a parchment-lined tray.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

- Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
- These bites can be rolled in shredded coconut or chopped nuts for extra flavor.
