- 1 cup fresh blackberries

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix crushed graham crackers and melted butter.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
- Add lemon juice and blackberries, gently mixing.
- Pour the filling over the crust.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Top with additional blackberries before serving.
