A creamy no bake banana pudding cheesecake that’s easy to make.
Ingredients

- 2 cups of graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup of unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup of cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup of powdered sugar
- 2 cups of whipped cream
- 3 ripe bananas, sliced
- 1 cup of banana pudding mix
- 2 cups of milk
Instructions
- Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In a separate bowl, mix cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Add in banana pudding mix and milk, and stir until thickened.
- Fold in whipped cream until fully combined.
- Layer sliced bananas over the crust.
- Pour the cheesecake mixture over the bananas.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours to set.
- Slice and serve chilled.
Notes
- Use ripe bananas for better flavor.
- Keep leftovers in the fridge.
- Top with extra whipped cream if desired.
