- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup sour cream
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
- Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar and mix well.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in vanilla extract and sour cream.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
- Bake for 1 hour or until the center is set.
- Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- Use room temperature ingredients for best results.
- Do not open the oven door while baking.
- Top with fruit or chocolate sauce if desired.
