Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 4 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar and mix well.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Stir in vanilla extract and sour cream.
  6. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
  7. Bake for 1 hour or until the center is set.
  8. Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
