Description
A refreshing and fruity sangria perfect for New Year’s celebrations.
Ingredients

- 1 bottle of red wine (750 ml)
- 1 cup of brandy
- 1 cup of orange juice
- 1/2 cup of simple syrup
- 1 orange, sliced
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 1 lime, sliced
- 1 cup of mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1 apple, diced
- 1 can of club soda (12 oz)
Instructions
- In a large pitcher, combine the red wine, brandy, orange juice, and simple syrup.
- Add the sliced fruits and mixed berries to the pitcher.
- Stir gently to mix all ingredients.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to let the flavors meld.
- Before serving, add the club soda for fizz.
- Serve over ice and garnish with additional fruit slices if desired.
Notes
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less simple syrup.
- Feel free to use white wine for a different twist.
- Letting it sit overnight enhances the flavor.
