Ingredients

  • 1 cup of brandy
  • 1 cup of orange juice
  • 1/2 cup of simple syrup
  • 1 orange, sliced
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • 1 lime, sliced
  • 1 cup of mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1 apple, diced
  • 1 can of club soda (12 oz)

Instructions

  1. In a large pitcher, combine the red wine, brandy, orange juice, and simple syrup.
  2. Add the sliced fruits and mixed berries to the pitcher.
  3. Stir gently to mix all ingredients.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to let the flavors meld.
  5. Before serving, add the club soda for fizz.
  6. Serve over ice and garnish with additional fruit slices if desired.
