Description

A festive meal to celebrate the New Year.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups of rice
  • 1 lb of chicken, diced
  • 1 cup of mixed vegetables
  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add chicken and cook until browned.
  4. Add mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 5 minutes.
  5. In a separate pot, cook rice according to package instructions.
  6. Add the cooked rice to the chicken and vegetable mixture.
  7. Pour in soy sauce and mix well.
  8. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  9. Serve hot and enjoy.

  • Feel free to add your favorite vegetables.
