- 2 cups of rice
- 1 pound of shrimp
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 4 cups of chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add onion and garlic, sauté until translucent.
- Add bell pepper and shrimp, cook until shrimp turns pink.
- Stir in rice and paprika, mix well.
- Pour in chicken broth, bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes.
- Fluff with a fork and serve hot.
