- 1 cup of mushrooms

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Season the steak with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add garlic and mushrooms, sauté until soft.
- Brown the steak on both sides.
- Transfer the steak to the oven and roast for 15 minutes.
- Add mixed vegetables to the pan and stir in red wine.
- Cook vegetables until tender, about 10 minutes.
- Remove steak from the oven and let it rest.
- Slice steak and serve with vegetables and fresh herbs.
