Ingredients
- Chocolate Mousse – 200g
- Vanilla Panna Cotta – 250ml
- Berry Compote – 150g
- Crème Brûlée – 200g
- Fresh Berries – 100g
- Mint Leaves – for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare the chocolate mousse and chill in the fridge.
- Make the vanilla panna cotta and let it set in the refrigerator.
- Prepare the berry compote by cooking mixed berries with sugar until thickened.
- Make the crème brûlée and torch the top until caramelized.
- Plate the chocolate mousse on one side of the plate.
- Add a scoop of panna cotta next to the mousse.
- Top with berry compote and fresh berries.
- Finish with a piece of crème brûlée and mint leaves for garnish.
