Description

Ingredients

  • Chocolate Mousse – 200g
  • Vanilla Panna Cotta – 250ml
  • Berry Compote – 150g
  • Crème Brûlée – 200g
  • Fresh Berries – 100g
  • Mint Leaves – for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare the chocolate mousse and chill in the fridge.
  2. Make the vanilla panna cotta and let it set in the refrigerator.
  3. Prepare the berry compote by cooking mixed berries with sugar until thickened.
  4. Make the crème brûlée and torch the top until caramelized.
  5. Plate the chocolate mousse on one side of the plate.
  6. Add a scoop of panna cotta next to the mousse.
  7. Top with berry compote and fresh berries.
  8. Finish with a piece of crème brûlée and mint leaves for garnish.
