Ingredients

- 20 cocktail sausages
- 1 cup of shredded cheese
- 1 package of puff pastry
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
- 1/2 cup of barbecue sauce
- 1/2 cup of sour cream
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface.
- Cut the pastry into squares.
- Place a cocktail sausage and a small amount of cheese in the center of each square.
- Fold over the pastry and seal the edges.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve with barbecue sauce and sour cream.
Notes
- Make sure to thaw the puff pastry before use.
- You can substitute sausages with vegetables for a vegetarian option.
- These can be made ahead of time and frozen before baking.
