Ingredients

- 1 lb of shrimp

Instructions
- Rinse the rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
- Cook the rice according to package instructions.
- In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add mixed vegetables and sauté for another 3 minutes.
- Stir in cooked rice, soy sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Cook for an additional 2 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Serve hot and enjoy your New Year’s dish.
