Ingredients

- 2 lbs of beef roast
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 2 cups of beef broth
- 1 tablespoon of rosemary, dried
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Season the beef roast with salt, pepper, and rosemary.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and sear the roast on all sides.
- Transfer the roast to a baking dish and add minced garlic and beef broth.
- Bake for 1.5 to 2 hours or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
- Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
- Serve with your choice of sides.

- Feel free to add your favorite vegetables to the roasting pan.
