Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

- Place the beef on a baking sheet.
- In a separate bowl, toss the green beans and potatoes with butter, salt, and pepper.
- Arrange the vegetables around the beef on the baking sheet.
- Roast for 25-30 minutes or until the beef reaches desired doneness.
- Remove from the oven and let rest for 10 minutes.
- Drizzle lemon juice over the beef and vegetables before serving.
