Ingredients

- 1 lb of shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 cups of mixed vegetables (broccoli, carrots, bell peppers)
- 1 cup of rice
- 1/4 cup of soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in mixed vegetables and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Add rice, soy sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix well and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Serve hot on a large platter.
