Instructions

  3. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
  4. Pour in vegetable broth and add diced tomatoes.
  5. Add green beans, corn, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  6. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
  7. If using, add pasta and cook according to package instructions.
  8. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
