Ingredients

- 2 cups of champagne
- 1 cup of orange juice
- 1 cup of cranberry juice
- 1 cup of mixed fruit (berries, oranges)
- 1 cup of shrimp
- 1 cup of cocktail sauce
- 12 slices of smoked salmon
- 1 cup of cream cheese
- 1 loaf of baguette
- 1 chocolate cake
Instructions
- Prepare the fruit salad by mixing the berries and oranges.
- Chill the champagne and combine it with orange juice and cranberry juice in a pitcher.
- Arrange the shrimp on a platter with cocktail sauce.
- Spread cream cheese on baguette slices and top with smoked salmon.
- Slice the chocolate cake and serve.
- Pour drinks and serve food to guests.
