Ingredients

- 2 cups of mixed vegetables
- 1 pound of beef or chicken
- 3 cups of rice
- 1/2 cup of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Gather all ingredients.
- Chop vegetables and meat into bite-sized pieces.
- Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add meat and cook until browned.
- Add mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 5 minutes.
- Stir in rice and soy sauce.
- Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Cook for another 5-7 minutes until heated through.
- Serve hot on a large table for guests.
