Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season the beef tenderloin with garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper, rosemary, and thyme.
  3. Sear the beef in a hot skillet for 2-3 minutes on each side.
  4. Transfer the beef to the oven and roast for 25-30 minutes.
  5. In the same skillet, add red wine and simmer for 5 minutes.
  6. Steam the mixed vegetables until tender.
  7. Serve the beef with wine sauce and vegetables.
