- 8 oz mozzarella cheese sticks
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 tbsp Nashville hot chicken seasoning
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 cup flour
- 2 large eggs
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Preheat oil in a deep fryer to 350°F.
- In a skillet, cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add Nashville hot seasoning to the beef and mix well.
- Wrap each mozzarella stick with seasoned beef.
- Dip each wrapped stick in flour, then egg, and finally breadcrumbs.
- Fry the sticks in hot oil until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
- Remove and place on paper towels to drain excess oil.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.

- Adjust the spiciness by using more or less seasoning.
- Ensure oil is hot enough to avoid oily sticks.
- Can be baked instead of fried for a healthier option.
