A spicy twist on traditional mozzarella sticks, featuring Nashville hot beef wrapped around cheesy goodness.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz mozzarella cheese sticks
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 tbsp Nashville hot chicken seasoning
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Preheat oil in a deep fryer to 350°F.
  2. In a skillet, cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add Nashville hot seasoning to the beef and mix well.
  4. Wrap each mozzarella stick with seasoned beef.
  5. Dip each wrapped stick in flour, then egg, and finally breadcrumbs.
  6. Fry the sticks in hot oil until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
  7. Remove and place on paper towels to drain excess oil.
  8. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
