Ingredients

- 2 pounds potatoes, diced
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons mustard
- 1/2 cup celery, chopped
- 1/2 cup red onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup pickles, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Boil potatoes until tender, about 15 minutes.
- Drain and cool the potatoes.
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise and mustard.
- Add celery, onion, and pickles to the mix.
- Combine the dressing with the cooled potatoes.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
