- 1 lb ground beef
- 8 oz elbow macaroni
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook elbow macaroni according to package instructions, then drain.
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat; season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- In a large bowl, combine cooked macaroni, ground beef, bacon, BBQ sauce, milk, sour cream, and half of the cheddar cheese.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Top with remaining cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add diced onions or jalapeños.
- Can be made ahead and refrigerated before baking.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
