- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
- 4 hamburger buns
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt to taste

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add sliced mushrooms, season with salt and pepper, and sauté until browned.
- Form the ground beef into 4 patties.
- Season patties with salt and pepper.
- Cook patties in a grill or skillet for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness.
- Place a slice of Swiss cheese on each patty during the last minute of cooking.
- Toast the hamburger buns lightly.
- Assemble the burgers with the mushroom topping on the cheese-covered patties.
- Serve immediately.
