Ingredients

  • 1 egg, beaten

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry and cut into squares.
  3. Heat olive oil in a pan, add shallots and mushrooms, and sauté until soft.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Spread the mushroom mixture on the pastry squares.
  6. Add crumbled herbed goat cheese on top.
  7. Brush the edges with beaten egg.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
