- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1 cup mushrooms, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine ground chicken, chopped mushrooms, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Mix the ingredients until well combined.
- Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Brown the meatballs on all sides for about 5 minutes.
- Transfer the meatballs to a baking sheet.
- Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes until cooked through.
