Ingredients

  • 200g firm tofu, cubed
  • 250g mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Press tofu to remove excess moisture.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Add tofu and cook until golden brown, about 5 minutes.
  4. Add garlic and onion, sauté until softened.
  5. Stir in mushrooms and bell pepper, cook for 5 minutes.
  6. Add soy sauce and sesame oil, mix well.
  7. Season with salt and pepper.
  8. Serve hot.
