Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 package ready-to-bake crescent roll dough
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • Olive oil spray
  • 2 tablespoons black olives, sliced (for eyes)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Form meat mixture into small balls.
  4. Place meatballs on a baking sheet.
  5. Roll out crescent dough and cut into strips.
  6. Wrap dough strips around meatballs to resemble mummies.
  7. Spray wrapped meatballs with olive oil.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes until meatballs are cooked through.
  9. Remove from oven and place olive slices for eyes.
  10. Serve with marinara sauce.
