- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 package ready-to-bake crescent roll dough
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- Olive oil spray
- 2 tablespoons black olives, sliced (for eyes)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Form meat mixture into small balls.
- Place meatballs on a baking sheet.
- Roll out crescent dough and cut into strips.
- Wrap dough strips around meatballs to resemble mummies.
- Spray wrapped meatballs with olive oil.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until meatballs are cooked through.
- Remove from oven and place olive slices for eyes.
- Serve with marinara sauce.
