Description

A delicious multi-cheese grilled cheese sandwich that melts in your mouth.


Ingredients

  • 2 slices of bread
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/4 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup gouda cheese, shredded
  • 1 tablespoon cream cheese

Instructions

  1. Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.
  2. Spread cream cheese on the unbuttered side of one slice.
  3. Add cheddar, mozzarella, and gouda cheese on top of the cream cheese.
  4. Top with the second slice of bread, buttered side out.
  5. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  6. Place the sandwich in the skillet and cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
  7. Flip the sandwich and cook the other side until golden brown and cheese is melted, about 3-4 minutes.

Notes

  • Use any bread of your choice.
  • Experiment with different cheese combinations.
  • Serve with tomato soup for dipping.
