Description
A delicious multi-cheese grilled cheese sandwich that melts in your mouth.
Ingredients

- 2 slices of bread
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/4 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup gouda cheese, shredded
- 1 tablespoon cream cheese
Instructions
- Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.
- Spread cream cheese on the unbuttered side of one slice.
- Add cheddar, mozzarella, and gouda cheese on top of the cream cheese.
- Top with the second slice of bread, buttered side out.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Place the sandwich in the skillet and cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
- Flip the sandwich and cook the other side until golden brown and cheese is melted, about 3-4 minutes.
Notes
- Use any bread of your choice.
- Experiment with different cheese combinations.
- Serve with tomato soup for dipping.
