A tasty twist on classic deviled eggs with creamy mozzarella and fresh herbs.
Ingredients

- 6 large eggs
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon fresh basil, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Hard boil the eggs and let them cool.
- Peel the eggs and cut them in half lengthwise.
- Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl.
- Add mozzarella, mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper to the yolks.
- Mash the mixture until smooth.
- Stir in the chopped basil and parsley.
- Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture.
- Garnish with additional herbs if desired.

- Adjust seasoning to your taste.
