Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Hard boil the eggs and let them cool.
  2. Peel the eggs and cut them in half lengthwise.
  3. Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl.
  4. Add mozzarella, mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper to the yolks.
  5. Mash the mixture until smooth.
  6. Stir in the chopped basil and parsley.
  7. Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture.
  8. Garnish with additional herbs if desired.
