Ingredients

  • 1 pound sausage
  • 1 pound bacon
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 12 eggs
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 package frozen hash browns

Instructions

  1. Cook the sausage and bacon in a skillet until browned. Drain and set aside.
  2. Sauté the onion and bell pepper in the same skillet until soft.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add the cooked sausage, bacon, sautéed vegetables, cheese, and hash browns to the egg mixture. Stir to combine.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased crock pot.
  6. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until set.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy.
