A hearty breakfast dish cooked in a crock pot, perfect for feeding a crowd.
Ingredients

- 1 pound sausage
- 1 pound bacon
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 12 eggs
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 package frozen hash browns
Instructions
- Cook the sausage and bacon in a skillet until browned. Drain and set aside.
- Sauté the onion and bell pepper in the same skillet until soft.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Add the cooked sausage, bacon, sautéed vegetables, cheese, and hash browns to the egg mixture. Stir to combine.
- Pour the mixture into a greased crock pot.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until set.
- Serve warm and enjoy.
Notes
- Feel free to add other vegetables or spices as desired.
- This dish is great for meal prepping.
- Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
