Monte Cristo style breakfast sliders are a delicious combination of sweet and savory flavors, perfect for breakfast or brunch.


Ingredients

  • 12 slider buns
  • 6 slices of ham
  • 6 slices of turkey
  • 6 slices of Swiss cheese
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon of powdered sugar
  • Butter for greasing

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a baking dish with butter.
  3. Cut the slider buns in half and layer ham, turkey, and Swiss cheese on the bottom half.
  4. Place the top half of the buns over the fillings.
  5. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, and vanilla.
  6. Pour the egg mixture evenly over the sliders.
  7. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
  8. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until golden.
  9. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
