Description

- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 packet active dry yeast
- 1 cup warm milk
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine warm milk and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Add melted butter, sugar, and salt to the yeast mixture.
- Gradually add flour and knead until smooth.
- Let the dough rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a separate bowl, mix cinnamon and brown sugar.
- Divide the dough into small balls and roll them in the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
- Place the balls in a greased bundt pan.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
- Let it cool slightly before inverting onto a plate.
Notes

- Can be topped with icing for extra sweetness.
