Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 8 oz noodles
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger, sauté until fragrant.
- Add ground beef to the pan. Cook until browned.
- Stir in soy sauce and hoisin sauce. Cook for 5 minutes.
- Add bell peppers and cooked noodles. Mix well and heat through.
- Top with green onions before serving.
