Ingredients

- 1 lb flank steak, sliced thinly
- 8 oz egg noodles
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 cup broccoli florets (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, and cornstarch.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Add sliced beef and cook until browned.
- Add minced garlic and stir for 1 minute.
- Add the sauce mixture and stir until thickened.
- Fold in cooked noodles and green onions.
- If using, add broccoli and cook until tender.
- Serve hot.

- Adjust soy sauce for desired saltiness.
- Use fresh vegetables for added crunch.
