A creamy and delicious macaroni salad that is a family favorite.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups elbow macaroni
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup diced onion
  • 1/4 cup diced celery
  • 1/4 cup diced bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup sweet pickle relish
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and cool.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the mayonnaise and sour cream.
  3. Add the diced onion, celery, bell pepper, and pickle relish to the bowl.
  4. Stir in the cooked macaroni.
  5. Add vinegar, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
