A creamy and delicious macaroni salad that is a family favorite.
Ingredients

- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 1/4 cup diced celery
- 1/4 cup diced bell pepper
- 1/4 cup sweet pickle relish
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and cool.
- In a large bowl, combine the mayonnaise and sour cream.
- Add the diced onion, celery, bell pepper, and pickle relish to the bowl.
- Stir in the cooked macaroni.
- Add vinegar, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
Notes
- Adjust ingredients to your taste.
- This salad can be made a day in advance.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
