A classic dessert made with rice, milk, and sugar.
Ingredients

- 1 cup of rice
- 4 cups of milk
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
Instructions
- Rinse the rice under cold water.
- In a pot, combine rice, milk, and salt. Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon. Stir well.
- Cook for an additional 10 minutes until thickened.
- Remove from heat and let cool before serving.
Notes
- For creamier pudding, use whole milk.
- Adjust sweetness to taste.
- Can be served warm or chilled.
