Delicious cream puffs filled with sweet cream.
Ingredients

- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a saucepan, combine water and butter; bring to a boil.
- Add flour and salt; stir until the mixture forms a ball.
- Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Spoon or pipe the dough onto a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden.
- Let cool completely.
- Whip heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
- Fill the cooled puffs with the whipped cream.
Notes
- Store in the refrigerator.
- Best served fresh.
- You can dust with more powdered sugar before serving.
