Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a saucepan, combine water and butter; bring to a boil.
  3. Add flour and salt; stir until the mixture forms a ball.
  4. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  5. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  6. Spoon or pipe the dough onto a baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden.
  8. Let cool completely.
  9. Whip heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
  10. Fill the cooled puffs with the whipped cream.
