  • 1 tablespoon orange zest

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add chopped cranberries and orange zest to the dry ingredients.
  4. In another bowl, combine orange juice, vegetable oil, and eggs.
  5. Mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until just combined.
  6. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
  7. Bake for 60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Let it cool before slicing.
