Description
A delicious chocolate roll cake filled with Ferrero Rocher and Oreo cookies.
Ingredients

- 4 large eggs
- 100g granulated sugar
- 60g all-purpose flour
- 40g cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 50g melted butter
- 200g Ferrero Rocher chocolates, crushed
- 150g Oreo cookies, crushed
- 200ml heavy cream
- 50g powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Whisk eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Sift in flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder. Mix gently.
- Fold in melted butter.
- Pour batter into a lined baking tray and spread evenly.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes.
- Let it cool, then spread whipped cream on top.
- Add crushed Ferrero Rocher and Oreo cookies.
- Roll the cake tightly and refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Slice and serve chilled.
Notes
- Use a clean kitchen towel to roll the cake.
- Chill the cake for a firmer texture.
