Description

Ingredients

  • 100g granulated sugar
  • 60g all-purpose flour
  • 40g cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 50g melted butter
  • 200g Ferrero Rocher chocolates, crushed
  • 150g Oreo cookies, crushed
  • 200ml heavy cream
  • 50g powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Whisk eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Sift in flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder. Mix gently.
  4. Fold in melted butter.
  5. Pour batter into a lined baking tray and spread evenly.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
  7. Let it cool, then spread whipped cream on top.
  8. Add crushed Ferrero Rocher and Oreo cookies.
  9. Roll the cake tightly and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  10. Slice and serve chilled.
