Ingredients

  • 1 packet ranch dressing mix
  • 1 packet au jus gravy mix
  • 56 pepperoncini peppers
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter

Instructions

  1. Place the chuck roast in the crockpot.
  2. Sprinkle ranch dressing mix and au jus gravy mix over the roast.
  3. Add the pepperoncini peppers and beef broth around the roast.
  4. Top with the butter.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until tender.
  6. Shred the meat and serve with juices.
